I'm so glad you like my site!! The background is one of my quilts. I was amazed that the designer could do that. Pretty cool, I thought.

All the quilts pictured are less than $350. The wildlife are the most expensive because I outline stitch all the wildlife and other parts of the scene to make it 3-Dimensional. Wildlife quilts pictured are throw (couch) size, but I have made them in full and queen for $600. I've recently received orders for Table Runners and Coasters with the Wildlife, so expect to see them soon!

Adobe Roast Chicken:
Serves 6. Serve with yellow or Spanish rice.

• 1 whole chicken
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 2 tbsp garlic salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
• 1/2 tsp oregano, dried
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Gently lift skin on breast of chicken; rub seasoning mixture onto meat under skin, over outside of chicken, and inside cavity.

Lightly grease a 9-inch x 13-inch baking pan. Place chicken in pan, breast-side up. Roast 60 to 70 minutes, until done.
