Taste of Home
We found the perfect fall dish—pork roast with apples and onions—and you won’t believe how easy it is to make.
Pork roast with apples and onions is a hearty dinner in perfect pitch with fall’s apple crops. With a dash of rosemary, it’s even more delicious. Consider making this for a Sunday dinner or on a day when you have time to let it roast. This roast apples and pork is the ideal combination of sweet and savory, folding in apples, onions and rosemary. Pair it with roast potatoes and green veggies, and dinner is served!
