There is a literature section with reviews of some great reading material. There is a cooking section with great recipes, including, wild game recipes. MountainGnome Outdoors is updated as new info is available, and the older issues will be archived and available for you, the visitor. As always we welcome and encourage your feedback. HISTORY and FUTURE of MOUNTAINGNOME OUTDOORS
Kick off yer boots ~ kick back ~ Relax! You...our viewers and readers...are the future of MountainGnome Outdoors. MountainGnome Outdoors was established in the winter of 1999. It was our first heavy snowfall in the pristine Rocky Mountains. I was writing peacefully, looking out to the west at the Sangre De Cristo range. It was an awe inspiring day to start this venture. The Lockergnome was a real inspiration to me. Chris Pirillo and his publication will always be a part of us. Since that snowy day in December of 1999 we've been steadily getting more new friends and readers! We are also doing our best to get more new  sponsors and more great giveaways.
MountainGnome Outdoors domain is NESTLED in the beautiful Rocky Mountains! We are located in the small western town of Boncarbo, Colorado. It is located near the ski towns of Cucharas, Taos, Wolf Creek, Breckenridge.
